Love Letter

When we were in Jr. High School, we used to write letters and drop them in the vents of lockers. This is the letter singing from a shoebox in some dusty attic, waiting to be discovered.

Here's the first verse and chorus...

Girl In The Garden

This is one of my classic tunes from my first record. It's about a Monet painting called "Madame Monet and her Son". No idea where I got the idea from. It's one of those songs that seemed to write itself. I was alone in the building at my Dad's studio and woke up randomly around 2AM. I just started playing the figure on the Rhodes next to the couch. It just flowed. It took under 2 days. I was listening to a lot of "Jelly Fish" back then, so the arranging is quite reminiscent of that. I had my bandmates from, "Twice Shy" play and sing, including my Brother, Cris Lucas, Jay Sweeney, Ravi Hutheesing, and Brian Trim.

My Vocal Reel

Much more music on the way. Keep in touch. Thanks for stopping by.
